About STI

Systems Technology, Inc. is a small, employee-owned research and development company located in Hawthorne, California. Founded in 1957 to study the behavior of dynamic systems, including ground and aerospace vehicles, and the human operators attempting to control them, STI has become an internationally-recognized center of expertise. As a prime contractor to the U. S. Government and a consultant to industry, STI has accomplished several hundred research and development programs in vehicle dynamics (air, space, ground, and sea), manual and automatic vehicular guidance and control systems, handling and flying qualities, control and stability theory, human operator dynamics, human subsystem dynamics, operator impairment, and associated topics.
