PIO SHORT COURSE - "From the Wright Flyer to Fly-by-Wire," a two-day professional development short course presented by David H. Klyde of Systems Technology, Inc., and David G. Mitchell of Hoh Aeronautics, Inc. PILOT-INDUCED OSCILLATIONS (PIO) are rare, unexpected, and unintended excursions in aircraft attitude and flight path caused by anomalous interactions between the aircraft and pilot.
